Sound Ceremony
In the ecclesiastical Tithe Barn, join Vadoma for a 60 minute ‘Sound Ceremony’.
For this Sound Ceremony we will come together for a group sound healing, intention setting and guided meditation practice with a beautiful crystal singing bowl sound & gong bath to take you into a deep meditative state to rejuvenate and heal.
This Sound Ceremony is based on ancient healing techniques that use vibrations of sound to connect with your body on a cellular level, stimulate the brain wave frequencies to create a theta brain wave state (the state of REM sleep and cellular healing) and recalibrate your body and mind.
The sound journey will be followed by the opportunity to pick a tarot card. Picking a card whilst in this relaxed state has been a wonderful way for many to connect with their intuition and gain some guidance for answers they're seeking.

8am - 9am: Sound Ceremony
9am - 9.30am:Time with Vadoma for any questions

Please arrive 5 minutes early to find your space
Herb water is provided for guests to enjoy
All mats, blankets & bolsters are provided
9am - 10am: Non-residents are welcome to join us for a swim at the pool
Please note that the class starts promptly at 8am so we ask that all guests allow time to get settled before the class starts. Access to the pool is granted during the summer months when our spring-water pool is open.
Please bring something small that means a lot to you for the altar. This is an opportunity to infuse your special pieces with the healing frequencies and vibrations of the sound journey to take home with you afterwards.
Sound Baths are not advisable to attend if you are pregnant, fitted with a pace-maker, have epilepsy or become triggered by sounds.
