Join Michael Zee, creator of the popular Symmetry Breakfast Instagram account and food writer Molly Tait-Hyland for a fascinating conversation about Michael's second cookery book, Breakfast of China.
Over the last few years, Michael has eaten his way around China, seeking out the very best breakfasts. Michael shares his tried and tested favourites; from dan dan mian – Sichuanese street-style noodles with sesame paste sauce to xiaolongbao – steamed Shangainese soup dumplings to youtiao – sweetened fried dough sticks (delicious dipped in fresh soy milk or with soft serve ice cream).
This April, from the comfort of Thyme's glorious Tithe Barn, Michael will be your tour guide.
