For the Love of Lemons - Talk & Lunch

£50.00

Join acclaimed author Letitia Clark and food writer Molly Tait-Hyland at Thyme this May as they explore the history, artistry, and dishes that have inspired her new book, For the Love of Lemons. Letitia’s third cookbook is both a very personal and practical exploration of the much-loved fruit; from the first lemon Letitia fell in love with (plastic, reminiscent of a bath toy) to how to infuse lemon in coffee. The recipes are influenced by her childhood in rural Devon, knowledge and food shared in London kitchens, and the bright flavours of Sardinia - where she now lives. Think creamy lemon linguine; chicken, honey and preserved lemon tagine, and elderflower and lemon iced buns.

Included in the ticket price is a welcome refreshment and a two-course lunch in the Ox Barn. Following the talk, there will be time for an audience Q&A and a book signing with Letitia.

10.00-10.30am - Guest Arrival and Refreshments

10.30-11.30am - Talk

11.30am-12pm - Audience Q&A and Book Signing

12pm onwards - Lunch

*Talk and Ox Barn lunch ticket (£50) includes access to the talk, welcome refreshment and a two-course lunch in the Ox Barn (prix fixe menu). Guests may be seated on a communal table - if you have a seating preference, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you on the day.
