Cook & Dine: Italian

At Thyme we emulate this with our Kitchen Garden, where you will start your day with a garden walk, selecting the finest and freshest ingredients, we will then head to the Kitchen and turn your harvest into a deliciously rustic feast such as a panzanella salad or a parmigiana. No Italian class would be complete without pasta, from tagliatelle, ravioli to tortellini.
