Italian cuisine is rich in culture, tradition and history. At the heart of this, is the Mediterranean sun-ripened produce picked straight from the vine. At Thyme we emulate this with our Kitchen Garden, where you will start your day with a garden walk, selecting the finest and freshest ingredients, we will then head to the Kitchen and turn your harvest into a deliciously rustic feast such as a panzanella salad or a parmigiana. No Italian class would be complete without pasta, from tagliatelle, ravioli to tortellini.
A part of our Cook & Dine series, classes are 4 hours long, starting with a garden walk and finishing with enjoying your culinary creations.
