You will explore this honest flavour-led food by making regional dishes that are inspired by the flavours of the Kitchen Gardens at Thyme, so the menu you cook and eat in the wonderful surroundings of the cookery school will be perfectly seasonal too.
A part of our Cook & Dine series, classes are 4 hours long, starting with a garden walk and finishing with enjoying your culinary creations.
