ROSEMARY FERGUSON'S 'DAILY HELPER'JUICE

Ahead of our 'Rosemary & Thyme Retreat' this month we thought we would share Rosemary Ferguson's recommendation for a really wonderful January juice to help combat the excesses of the festive season.

'This is a classic juice with a little twist, perfect to keep the antioxidents up and the toxins down. Milk Thistle is a wonderful herb that is well known for its liver protective properties. Combined with watercress - a bitter herb that gets the bile juices going - and the huge antioxident power of carrot and beetroot, you'll be absolutely on top ot the world!' Rosemary Ferguson

Ingredients

  • 1 apple

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 beetroot

  • handful watercress

  • milk thistle extract (as directed on the bottle)

Method

  1. Pass all the ingredients, except the milk thistle, through the juicer.

  2. Add the milk thistle drops at the end after the juicing is complete.
