Limoncello Martini

Introducing the Limoncello Martini! A crisp, refined expression of Italian sunshine.

Ingredients

  • 65ml homemade limoncello

  • 15ml dry vermouth

Method 

  1. Peel fresh lemon, ensuring only the vibrant yellow zest is used - no bitterness allowed.

  2. Macerate the zest strips in premium vodka. This traditional process of maceration brings out the full depth of lemon aroma.

  3. After three days of infusion, we blend the lemon-infused spirit with sugar syrup, creating a perfectly balanced limoncello. The result is then rested, filtered and ready for the final touch.

  4. To create our Limoncello Martini, we combine this vibrant limoncello with a splash of dry vermouth, stirring gently to preserve clarity and elegance.

To serve:

  1. Served in a frosted martini glass and garnished with a delicate twist of lemon zest.

  2. This cocktail should be shaken before pouring into your glass.
