Raspberry Beret
This delicious take on a French Martini was created with the help of Ros West from Gibson's Organic Liqueurs (tasting) & the chef Oliver Rowe (tweaking) for his Thyme's Table dinner. The Raspberry Beret accompanied Oliver's delicious welcome canapé - pea, broadbean, goat's cheese & mint bruschetta, with which it was utterly delicious. The introduction of coriander bitters ensures that the cocktail isn't overly sweet, while the vanilla in the vodka compliments the raspberry perfectly.
Ingredients
12.5ml Gibson's Organic Raspberry Liqueur
37.5ml vanilla infused vodka
1 squeezed lemon
4 dashes of coriander bitters
Method
Pour the ingredients over ice in a Boston glass & shaker
Shake (enjoy it!)
Strain into a martini glass
Garnish with a raspberry and daisy or lemon twist
