Gardener’s Cottage
Situated at the heart of our 'village within a village', this quintessential Cotswolds cottage sleeps up to six in three bedrooms and three en suite bathrooms. Just a stone’s throw from the Baa Bar and Ox Barn, the cottage also features a cosy private living area.
Rooted in Thyme’s agricultural heritage, our Gardener's cottage is decorated in a medley of patterns from our Kitchen Garden collection: tomato vine, radish, carrot, onion and bean flower.
Hand-painted by Caryn Hibbert, co-founder and owner of Thyme and the Bertioli interiors range, each design takes its inspiration from the rows of vegetables lovingly grown and harvested from Thyme's productive gardens.
Finished with a sophisticated, earthy colour palette, the distinctive vegetable designs add a sense of playful charm to each of the rooms, and are available to order via our boutique and online.
THE Gardener’s cottage has a two-night minimum stay. THIS COTTAGE IS PERFECT FOR GROUPS.

We strongly recommend that you make reservations for the restaurants and spa ahead of your stay as we can not guarantee availability.
Due to our remote location, taxi bookings must be made in advance. We would be delighted to assist with these arrangements.
We have created a peaceful, grown-up environment at Thyme and we welcome children over 12 years of age. Our Village Cottage, Old Walls is child friendly and perfectly suited to young families. Please note, there are age restrictions in the Spa and in the Ox Barn for breakfast and dinner.
